pretty sure we need a default constructor for restarts or anywhere there's a tmp particle array buffer, we do not want to end up with something like std::vector<std::unique_ptr<Particle> because we cannot default...

yes we cannot
in the fluid class jupyter notebooks we just call subprocess.run, which is trivial to parallelize, and this way has multiple processes so doesn't run into any issue samrai static classes, I think this should be the approach.
